What happens next
- Same day, usually. A phone call back to confirm what we’re looking at and to schedule the site visit.
- Site visit, free. Mike or Diane shows up at the agreed time, walks the roof, and writes the scope on the spot. Forty-five minutes for most residential jobs.
- Written estimate within 48 hours. Fixed-price for the scope, broken down by line item, with the warranty terms and the schedule. No “starting at” pricing on this site or anywhere else.
- Job on the schedule. Residential re-roofs typically two to four weeks out; emergency repair same week.
