We do not do siding, we do not do windows, and we do not subcontract the roof to whoever is free that week. Four services, one crew, seventeen years of them.
Full re-roof
Tear-off and replacement on composite, architectural shingle, metal, or cedar. 18-year workmanship warranty on every job.
Emergency repair
Storm damage, leak response, tarping. On site within four hours during the windy season, eight any other time.
Gutters & downspouts
Seamless aluminum, leaf guards, downspout extensions away from the foundation. Half the leak calls we get start in the gutter.
Moss treatment
Zinc strips plus seasonal application. We do not power-wash a Puget Sound roof; the granule loss costs you a decade of roof life.
How a job runs
Four visits, and you know the number before the second one.
1 · We look at it
Someone climbs the roof, not just the ladder. Photographs of every plane, the flashing, the valleys and the gutter line. Free, and it takes about an hour.
2 · You get a number
One page: the deck condition, what we would put on it, what it costs, and what happens if we open it up and find rot. That last line is where most surprises come from, so it is written down before we start.
3 · We do the work
A typical 2,400 square foot re-roof is two to three days. Tear-off and dry-in happen the same day — we do not leave a roof open overnight in this climate.
4 · We come back
A walk-through at the end, and again after the first hard rain. The 18-year workmanship warranty starts the day you sign off, not the day we finished.
Storm season
On site in four hours, October through March.
Windstorm, fallen limb, a leak that appeared overnight. Call and we will tarp it the same day; the repair estimate follows once the weather lets us look properly.
